North Shore had the one and only adult club in Kamloops which is called “Duchess” and since the start of the pandemic this club closed down.Previously, this area used to be a spot for all the junkies and homeless people to gather and various crimes used to take place here.

I have talked with a couple of locals and they told me that the area just got safe because when “Duchess” used to be open they would see police blocking the road most of the time due to crime incidents.They also said that this hampered their daily life and made a negative impact on their children since they are always anxious abvout what might happen next!

Right now the building of “Duchess” club is taken over by the Kamloops city government and they are planning to make this place an apartment complex in the near future to cover up with the housing crisis that is going on right now in Kamloops.
